Tetsuya Miura (三浦哲也, Miura Tetsuya) is a ninja with no known village affiliation currently traveling with Bara Urakaze. He was originally born and raised in a small village within the Land of Lightning until the death of his parents at the hands of belligerent shinobi. Tetsuya was then founded by Bara in critical condition and was then subsequently rescued by the missing-nin. Thankful to Bara for saving his life, he began to follow him on his travels and assist him when needed.
