Possibly the most powerful Frost Release technique in existence, Frost Release: Flash Freeze allows the user to instantaneously flash freeze the blood within a persons body by forcibly expelling almost all of their own Chakra through touch. That's where the problem lies however, as Harumi Amaterasu revealed. The technique requires almost full reserves of chakra as well as physical touch to implement, which grows all the more doubtful as a battle progresses. As a result the technique is best served against a single enemy when the element of surprise rests with the user, or when they have sufficient help.
