Haruto Uzumaki (晴 翔, Uzumaki Haruto) is Head Anbu of Konohagakure and a shinobi that fought in the Fifth Shinobi World War for Konohagakure. During the war, Haruto was known for his use of the Plasma Release, a unique and extremely powerful kekkei genkai, on the frontlines of the battlefield. This eventually gave rise to Haruto's moniker,
Warrior of the Hidden Leaf (隠された葉の戦士, Kakusareta ha no senshi, literally meaning Warrior of the Hidden Leaf) a name that would follow him for the rest of his life. He soon proved to be one of the main factors in winning the Fifth Shinobi World War, leading him to achieve his dream and become the village's Hokage
Appearance[]
Haruto is a relatively tall, but muscular, man with blonde hair that is very spikey, he has blue eyes, a trait not often found in the Uzumaki clan.
Haruto wears a orange jump suit with a T-shirt or mesh armour underneath. While retaining the swirls and black pants, sandals, and orange jacket of orange and black color.
After the end of the Fifth Shinobi World War Haruto wants to become more powerful leading him to become a student of the village high ranks.
Personality and traits[]
Haruto personality is extremely complex, with very few beings fortunate enough to understand it completely. Haruto is known for his fun-loving nature, always partaking in a laugh and appreciating a good joke. Haruto is often serious when need be and is tough to beat when he is serious.
When off-duty, Haruto is usually seen hanging out with his friends in Konohagakure, where their activities range from eating to training. He has an incredibly strong bond to his friends or comrades, putting their safety before his own at all times, even when the situation doesn't call for it. Because of this, Haruto often makes his friends feel inadequate; needing to be protected instead of being the protectors. Despite this feeling of inadequacy, his friends continue to stay true to him, Besides being protective, Haruto is also remarkably devoted to his friends and cohorts, a loyalty that many comment upon to be "beyond the bonds of friendship."
As well as being a jokester Haruto is shown to take crap from no one resulting in insults to several high-ranking shinobi, ranging from the mizukage, to the fire daimyō himself.[1]

Haruto is also very intelligent, though not using his brain all the time Haruto outsmarts many people aiding him in battles.
Haruto is a very forgiving person. He gives anyone multiple chances and believes in change for anyone no matter how evil.
Another of Haruto's prominent traits is his desire for acknowledgement; his pranks around the village were for people to notice, or at least scold, him. Therefore, he dreamed of one day becoming Konoha's Hokage, the epitome of acknowledgement and respect from everyone in the village. Knowing his dream is a long, arduous and seemingly impossible path, Haruto developed his own nindō of never going back on his word. This life-long philosophy serves as the cornerstone of Haruto's great self-confidence; he believes he can accomplish any goal with enough hard work and perseverance, no matter how big the obstacle is or how long it takes to complete it. This guides him in many aspects of life besides a battle, which Tobi attributed to the Will of Fire. His nindō is reinforced by his understanding that shinobi were meant to endure through hardships.
Haruto is truly determined and once he sets his mind to something it will not change. No matter how bad the villagers treat him because of the 9 tails he will keep going, even near death he will keep fighting and never quit!.
Biography[]
Early years[]
Born and raised in Konohagakure, Haruto is very friendly to the people of his hometown. When he entered the academy, he treated almost everyone the same. Haruto has a big mouth and that got him in trouble a lot while he was an academy student. He was not treated fairly because of what the 9 tails did to the village long ago.
In Haruto's classes, he did exceptional work, he did goofed around and skipped class often resulting in tidying the school once he was caught. At low rank of genin Haruto proved himself and was able to join Root at a young age led by his father which he had no history with until his time in root.
Within the year, he was promoted to chūnin, something the caused him great happiness. He began to act more serious, yet he was still very childish and goofed around. He was given more serious missions from the Root Head.
After two years in root, Haruto was promoted to Jonin. As as jōnin he took on tough missions with his father the Root Head and his God father the Anbu head. After years in root, root was disbanded because many villages feared Konoha and despised the organization, the villages held a summit and decided that root was to either be removed, or they would all war konohagakure
Powers and abilities[]
Being a member of the famed Uzumaki clan, it isn't surprising that Haruto is a truly gifted shinobi. Haruto's skill has been recognized by several powerful individuals within the ninja world; friends and enemies alike. During a conversation between Yose Uzumaki - the sixth hokage - and his council, they suggested that Haruto would make for a magnificent Anbu , a true testament to abilities. This comment was revealed to be one of the reasons the jōnin was selected for Anbu, a highly secretive organization selected by the hokage himself. On the other side of the spectrum, a flee-on-sight was issued for any shinobi that came across Haruto during the Sixth Shinobi World War, a feat few have accomplished.
Intelligence[]
Possessing an IQ slightly above the standards of a normal person's intellect, Haruto is considered a genius in all regards. Although he rarely fights seriously, he has shown himself to be incredibly deductive when doing so. During the Sixth Shinobi Wold War, he was able to deduce almost all of his opponents' strengths and limitations, allowing the Uzumaki clansman to develop several ingenious strategies. He has recently revealed that he possesses an eidetic, or photographic, memory, allowing him to remember just about any and all things he sees or hears with extraordinary precision. Upon this revelation, many have suspected that this key detail is a major reason for Haruto's brilliant schemes.
Chakra[]
Not uncommon for someone bred from the Uzumaki clan, Haruto was born with exceedingly powerful chakra, a level only surpassed by the tailed beasts and their jinchūriki. It has been said by his grandfather the 6th Hokage that Haruto's chakra can be compared to Killalangon's, in both it's incredible amount and influence. Despite this, the Uzumaki's monstrous levels are hidden deep within him, which is due to a seal of his own creation, a fūinjutsu that traps the majority of these reserves, causing him to appear to have a bit higher than normal level of chakra for his age. The reason his decision to place such a seal on his person is not fully known at this point in time, although Sannotō has stated that he feels as if he suffocates anyone around him with just his sheer presence. If he so chooses, he can release the seal - momentarily - allowing Sannotō to gain access to his impressive chakra.

In Haruto's possession is a katana, he trains each and every day in an attempt at honing his skills, Haruto has become the most proficient of his generation of Konohagakure shinobi with a blade, something he was praised for by his mentor very frequently. However, the boy knows the extent of his abilities; as such, he constantly tries to increase his efficiency with his katana, hoping to eliminate any flaws he finds.
When not utilizing his blade, Haruto possesses a highly advanced knowledge and skill of taijutsu. Being a high-ranking shinobi, not to mention Head Anbu, the young man is capable of martial art feats that even kage-level adversaries are devoid of. Although he is not on the level of Might Dai,Might Guy, Rock Lee, and Metal Lee.
Nature transformation[]
Due to his heritage, Haruto has a multiple chakra natures at his disposal; however, his father prevented him from accessing all but two of these natures in his youth, which was his Water and Lightning nature. Upon his passing of the chūnin exams, Haruto's father allowed his son to train in the use of all the natures: Fire,Water,Wind,Earth, and Lightning.
With all five basic natures, he is fully capable of using Plasma,Blaze,Lava,Rubber,Boil, Wood, and Storm, Plasma being his strongest. Although he mainly uses plasma he likes to switch it up between plasma,wood,lava/rubber, and wood.

Haruto, is able to use the rare kekkai genkai of plasma, trained in the ways of it with his grandfather the 6th Hokage mentoring him he is able to use it to it's full capabilities. Near the power of his mentor.
