Shigure Abura (Second Takikage)
Takigakure (滝隠れの里, Takigakure no Sato) is a highly militarized village under the leadership of the Abura Clan located in the Land of Waterfalls. In terms of the village's appearance, Takigakure seems to be based on mostly Southeast Asian aesthetics. Their current leader is Shigure Abura, the Second Takikage.
Takigakure was a fishing village, sheltered by a gate where one must go through a waterfall and a submerged cavern system to enter the village. This was changed upon the arrival of the Uchiha Clan who had followed the exiled Abura Uchiha, Fūsha Uchiha, and Izaya Uchiha. A clan experienced in battle, they easily infiltrated the village and began massacring the indigenous people. Eventually, they left only a small minority of them alive, specifically one clan that gave trouble to them, the Suigyoku Clan.
Under the leadership of Abura's regent, Yato Uchiha, the village was turned into a highly militarized one. The Uchiha clan had the cloth merchants churn out a set of uniforms for the village's task force (although said uniforms can be worn Academy graduates as in the case of Team Abura). These uniforms consist of a long-sleeved double-breasted black coat with two rows of gold buttons on the front and light green details including the shoulder epaulets. Some members wear either one or two Sam Browne belts which pass diagonally over either shoulder. All members wear a pair of white parade gloves and white web belts with a gold waist-plate. All male members wear the standard uniform trousers. Most female members wear the standard uniform skirt, though some choose to forgo the skirt in favor of the uniform trousers. Most members wear a pair of black boots that go over the leggings or socks though some wear black shoes instead. There are variations of the uniform that include things such as tailcoats, fourragères, and armbands.
Yato also coordinated Kakuzu to assassinate the First Hokage but he failed in his mission against the might of the First's Wood Release. Instead of being congratulated of being able to survive his battle against the First, he was berated for his failure. It reached the point where he killed Yato and proceeded in an attempted genocide against the noble clans. He was stopped and mortally wounded by Abura (now 17). He fled before Abura could deal the killing blow and made off with a kinjutsu.
At some point during the conflict known as the Third Shinobi World War, the Kingdom of Rōran was laid to waste but not before a series of misadventures that resulted in Naruto Uzumaki being transported into the past and impregnating Queen Sāra with his seed. When her kingdom was destroyed, Sāra successfully led her people out and sought refuge in Takigakure. They were welcomed with open arms and Sāra gave birth to a beautiful baby girl with shockingly crimson hair. She was named Mizakura Uzumaki after the fact that in her dreams, it was revealed to her that she was impregnated after having her cherry popped. Sāra and Mizakura were given high privileges and lived in the Abura Clan Palace in luxury.
At around the same time as the Roran people's relocation, the Uchiha clan got their hands on the Seven-Tails, Chōmei. An aging Abura sealed the beast within Fū. She lived under the protection of the three noble clans and was good friends with Shigure, Emiri, and Takumi. Unfortunately, Fū was attacked by the Akatsuki during the joint Chūnin Exams and was killed from the extraction of her Tailed Beast.

Takigakure is a village which controls the entirety of the Land of Waterfalls. It is run in the fashion of an absolute monarchy. The first monarch was, of course, Abura Uchiha. She had regents until she was old enough to govern alone.
