Yume Hitomi (夢ひとみ, Hitomi Yume) is a Jōnin-level kunoichi of Konohagakure, a member of the Hitomi Clan, a talented medical-nin, and the leader of Team Yume which consists of: Miku Hitomi, Kaito Domoto and Kyo Yuzuki. She is the older sister of Miku Hitomi and Gisen Hitomi.

Yume is a cheerful person. Yume very discreet, cautious, careful and well prepared person. She projects a calm, stoic demeanour in stressful situations. She is usually kind and level-headed, speaking well of others and attempting to avoid conflict. She is also usually quite fearless of her enemies. Apparently, if awaken while sleeping, Yume takes on a completely different and angry personality, and has the ability to throw "supersonic pillows".
